Bosch Serie 6 Washing Machine throwing a pump fault code and not draining. With wet washing in the machine for a few days, the customer was getting desperate and called us when she could not get an appliance specialist. Knowing that the Bosch Serie 6 is an excellent machine, my suspiciouns were confirmed that something was simply blocking the pump.
I used:
A WET VACUUM
PLIER WRONG WAY ROUND
TOWEL
I had to clean the Wet Vac twice and one more when done. About 40 litres of water came out I guess.
Many machines don't have the drain hose and you have to open the pump and handle the flood of water with plenty towels.
