We find the fault
Your engineer checks the boiler and heating system to find and diagnose what’s gone wrong.

We check the rest of your system
While we’re there we look at the other components – pump, valves, controls, pressure, flue and pipework – and note anything else worth knowing about.

We explain it in plain English
No jargon. We show you what we’ve found, tell you what matters now and what can wait, and answer your questions.

You get your options
A fixed price to repair, and where it makes sense, the option to upgrade instead – with the pros and cons of each.

You choose, we fix
Whatever you decide, we get on with it. If we carry the part, we can often fix it on the same visit.

Our honest advice is about the long term

The cheapest repair isn’t always the best value. If your boiler is getting older, keeps breaking down or needs an expensive part, we’ll tell you if upgrading would serve you better. A new boiler comes with a manufacturer’s warranty and peace of mind that a repair can’t give you.
