Landlord gas safety checks
All landlords are obliged to provide tenants with safe and well-maintained gas appliances. This needs to be proven legally with a new Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) every 12 months.

It is recommended that home owners complete a gas safety check annually to ensure safe operation of the gas installation.
